On CBC’s, The Big Picture, SPPG Faculty Member Bill Robson and SPPG Fellow Sean Speer join Armine Yalnizyan from CCPA to discuss the Keystone Pipeline.
Sean Speer is a former special adviser to Rt. Hon. Stephen Harper and a Senior Fellow at the Macdonald-Laurier Institute. He joined the School of Public Policy and Governance as a Fellow in January 2016.
Bill Robson is President and C.E.O. of the C.D. Howe Institute and a Sessional Lecturer at the School of Public Policy and Governance. In the 2015/16 academic year, Mr. Robson is teaching “Public Finance” at the School.
