SPPG Alum Creig Lamb has winning CPA paper published by IRPP

Creig’s paper “Improving Productivity for the Prosperity of Canada” won 2015’s Canadian Priorities Agenda student essay competition and was recently published by the Institute for Research on Public Policy.

As a part of a graduate seminar at the School of Public Policy and Governance, University of Toronto, based on the Canadian Priorities Agenda project, MPP students take on the role of judges and writes papers proposing a policy agenda based on a broadened menu of options. Each year the award-winning papers are published by the IRPP.
