Bio
Robert McMillan is Associate Professor with the Department of Economics, and Faculty Research Fellow, NBER. Professor McMillan is currently putting together several NBER working papers, including Choice and Competition in Local Schooling Markets, joint with Patrick Bayer; Separate When Equal? Racial Inequality and Segregation, joint with Patrick Bayer and Hanming Fang, and Tiebout Sorting, Social Multipliers and the Demand for School Quality, joint with Patrick Bayer and Fernando Ferreira. Professor McMillan received his BA degree from Oxford University, and his PhD from Stanford University.
