Professor Macklin writes that the Canadian government lacks the political will to make our country’s refugee system work, despite having the capacity to do so.
Audrey Macklin is a professor at the Faculty of Law. Her teaching areas include criminal law, administrative law, and immigration and refugee law. In the 2015/16 academic year, Professor Macklin will be teaching “Canadian Migration Policy” at the School of Public Policy and Governance.
