Professor Macklin writes on Canada’s role (or lack thereof) in addressing the Syrian refugee crisis for the New York Times

Professor Macklin writes that the Canadian government lacks the political will to make our country’s refugee system work, despite having the capacity to do so.

Audrey Macklin is a professor at the Faculty of Law. Her teaching areas include criminal law, administrative law, and immigration and refugee law. In the 2015/16 academic year, Professor Macklin will be teaching “Canadian Migration Policy” at the School of Public Policy and Governance.
