MPP Grad Oren Newson’s winning paper from the Capstone course titled “Safe at Home: Increasing Housing Affordability across the Continuum”, was published in IRPP.

As part of a graduate seminar at the University of Toronto’s School of Public Policy and Governance based on the Canadian Policy Agenda project, students take on the role of judges and write papers proposing a policy agenda based on a broadened menu of options. Each year, the award-winning papers are published by the IRPP.
