MPP Grad Evan Brander’s winning paper from the Capstone course titled “Investing in Canadian Workers for a Brighter Economic Future”, was published in IRPP.

As part of a graduate seminar at the University of Toronto’s School of Public Policy and Governance based on the Canadian Policy Agenda project, students take on the role of judges and write papers proposing a policy agenda based on a broadened menu of options. Each year, the award-winning papers are published by the IRPP.
