Meet the Mowat Centre

SPPG Students are invited to meet the staff at the Mowat Centre , the independent public policy think tank located at the School of Public Policy & Governance at the University of Toronto and Ontario’s non-partisan, evidence-based voice on public policy.

Student will have the opportunity to learn about the Mowat Centre’s work and speak to the Mowat staff team of policy professionals to get a sense of what it’s like to work at a think tank.

Matthew Mendelsohn, Director of the Mowat Centre and Professor at SPPG, will welcome students and give some remarks on the role of the Mowat Centre and how Mowat’s research has influenced government policy. Following the remarks staff, faculty, and students can enjoy some light refreshments.

This event is for Students, Faculty, and Staff at SPPG and the Mowat Centre only.
