Louise has worked in the field of Recruiting and HR for 7 years. Her diverse experience across multiple industries comes from corporate, retainer based executive search and agency environments. She has been successful with roles ranging from high volume to senior executives.
Louise has also been writing and critiquing resumes throughout her career and is a trusted career consultant. Her clients range from recent grads to the C Suite applying for Board of Director positions. Expertise in this field also includes creating LinkedIn profiles, interview coaching and assessments, networking tips, job search strategies, career planning and helping clients negotiate offers.
Once the Chief Family Officer at her house for 10 years, she returned to work and hit the ground running. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Western University, CHRP designation, and is an HR Management grad with Advanced Honours (GPA 4.0).
