The Gender and Public Policy Initiative holds public policy roundtables each semester to engage students in public policy analysis using a gender lens.
Join the Gender and Public Policy Initiative Team as we discuss “Exploring the Gender Wage Gap: From Equal Pay for Equal Work to Equal Access” at this roundtable the root causes of the gender wage gap with a particular focus on barriers to equal access to the workplace faced by women with intersectional identities.
Our student facilitators will be joined by Nancy Austin, the Executive Lead of the Gender Wage Gap Strategy Steering Committee.
