Bio
Douglas Reeve is Professor and Chair of the Department of Chemical Engineering and Applied Chemistry, and was Founding Director of the Pulp and Paper Centre at the University of Toronto. In 2002 Professor Reeve was named Frank Dottori Professor of Pulp and Paper Engineering, and he was also recently the recipient of a Fellow award from the Chemical Institute of Canada.

Professor Reeve obtained a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Chemistry from the University of British Columbia, completed his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering at the University of Toronto, and in 1998 was awarded a Doctor of Technology, Honoris Causa, by the Helsinki University of Technology.
