Bio
Albert Berry is Professor Emeritus of Economics and Research Director of the Programme on Latin America and the Caribbean at the Centre for International Studies. His research focuses on economic development and international economics, and has been published in academic journals including Challenge: The Magazine of Economic Affairs, Review of Income and Wealth, and Latin American Research Review, among others. Professor Berry was twice-awarded Ford Foundation grants, in 1996-1998, and in 2000-2002. He received his B.A. from the University of Western Ontario and his Ph.D. from Princeton University.
