Professor Frazer was invited to give the presentation “Reducing Trade Costs to Increase Exports and Raise Productivity: The Case of Rwanda” at the recent World Trade Organization (WTO) Ministerial meeting.
Professor Garth Frazer is Associate Professor of Business Economics and Public Policy at the University of Toronto, with affiliations at the Department of Management (UTSC), Rotman School of Management, and the School of Public Policy and Governance. Professor Frazer’s research lies at the intersection of international trade and industrial development, with a focus on Africa.
