Leadership in ideas: is the international peace agenda getting stale?
Photo Gallery
Are international peace and security doctrines falling apart? Are institutions crumbling? Does anybody care if this is the case? In this inaugural Peterson Leadership Lecture, Louise Arbour, President & CEO of the International Crisis Group, will speak to the state of such doctrines as international criminal justice and the Responsibility to Protect. Her speech will be followed by a Q&A session, moderated by Mel Cappe, a Professor at the School of Public Policy & Governance and former Clerk of the Privy Council.
