Barry Goodwin joins SPPG as Ontario Visiting Fellow 2015-2016

Barry Goodwin will be the Ontario Visiting Fellow with the School of Public Policy and Governance at the University of Toronto for the coming academic year.
Barry Goodwin is currently the ADM, Revenue Agencies Oversight, Ministry of Finance, a position he has held since September 2010. Prior to this role, Barry was on an interchange assignment with Industry Canada as the Regional Executive Director for Ontario, and was acting ADM of Consumer Protection at the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services. Barry has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto, and has completed the Queen’s Executive Leadership Program, and the Institute for Corporate Directors program at Rotman. Barry’s work both at the Federal and Provincial levels has enabled him to develop a unique breadth and expertise in the fields of economics and public policy, which will be a tremendous asset to University of Toronto. His ability to build relationships, lead and engage staff and strong communications skills make him a terrific candidate to support the University of Toronto program.
