What happens when auditor-general dabble in policy?

SPPG Director Mark Stabile, Executive Assistant Beth Elder, and Arts and Science Dean David Cameron comment on the most recent Ontario Auditor General Report. They argue that questions of how much debt to take on, debt repayment strategies, and assessing the risk of using alternative financing and procurement are questions best left to elected officials, not the Auditor General.
