Governance and Finance of Metropolitan Areas in Federal Systems

IMFG Director Enid Slack and Rupak Chattopadhyay, President and CEO of the Forum of Federations, have edited a new book entitled Governance and Finance of Metropolitan Areas in Federal Systems (Oxford University Press, 2013). They will be making a presentation on May 23^rd, which will compare the findings on the governance and finance of eighteen metropolitan areas in federal systems around the world, and identify some of the issues that will need to be resolved if these areas are to thrive in the future. Copies of the book will be available for sale after the presentation.
