Spyridon Kotsovilis

Biography

Spyridon Kotsovilis’ research interests include Greek politics, international relations, democratization, revolutions and mobilization dynamics, as well as advanced methods and complex systems in which he trained at the Santa Fe Institute in New Mexico. His current book project examines contentious political action from a networks perspective. He has published and widely disseminated his work in major conferences and invited talks on international relations, comparative politics and advanced methodologies. He has previously taught at McGill and has worked with Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders, where he is an elected member of the MSF Canada Association.
