Biography
Louise Finn is a Career Consultant for the Master of Public Policy program. She assists MPP1 students in their quest to land paid summer internships and helps to guide MPP2 students in their transition to full-time employment after graduation.
Louise brings 8 years of recruiting and HR expertise to the team. Her diverse experience across multiple industries comes from corporate, retainer-based executive search and agency environments. She has been successful in filling roles ranging from high volume recruiting projects to senior executive positions. She has been writing and critiquing resumes throughout her career. Her clients range from recent grads to the C Suite applying for Board of Director positions. Expertise in this field also includes creating LinkedIn profiles, interview coaching and assessments, networking tips, job search strategies, career planning and helping clients negotiate offers.
Once the Chief Family Officer at her house for 10 years, she returned to work and hit the ground running. Louise holds a bachelor’s degree from Western University, CHRP designation, and is an HR Management grad with Advanced Honours (GPA 4.0).
