Biography
Tim Danson has been a trial and appellate lawyer for over 40 years. He appears before all levels of Court and administrative tribunals, including International Sport Tribunals. Mr. Danson also has an extensive appellate practice, making numerous appearances before the Court of Appeal for Ontario and the Supreme Court of Canada on issues of considerable public interest and importance. Mr. Danson regularly lectures about these cases in Canada, United States and Europe.
