We are pleased to announce that Ariana Bradford will join the Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy as executive director beginning Jan. 7, 2019.

Bradford is currently director of strategic planning & operations at Medicine by Design at the University of Toronto. Supported by a $114-million federal grant – the single-largest research award in U of T’s history – Medicine by Design is a multi-faculty, multi-institutional research initiative that is accelerating discovery and translation in regenerative medicine and stem cell technology. Prior to Medicine by Design, Bradford spent fourteen years at the Rotman School of Management, where she held a variety of roles including leadership of the customized executive education portfolio; director of global outreach, based in London, UK; and manager of marketing and communications, for executive programs.

Before joining U of T, Bradford worked as director of communications at the Canada China Business Council and in numerous roles at Boston University’s Centre for International Health.

“We are all looking forward to working with Ariana as she brings her experience to the Munk School,” says Randall Hansen, interim director of the Munk School. “We know that she will build on the legacy of excellence established by her predecessor.”
