Early this March, 3 students from the MGA program will compete in the regional finals of the Hult Prize, a social entrepreneurship competition in which students are tasked with developing an innovative solution to a pressing global health problem. A partnership between Hult International Business School and the Clinton Global Initiative, the winning team will receive $1 million to launch their enterprise. Our team (made up of MGA, JD, MBA, and PhD candidates) was selected from among thousands to represent the University of Toronto at the regional finals in Dubai. For our team members, the Hult Prize is a unique opportunity to apply tools introduced in the classroom to a complex and multifaceted problem of global importance.

The three students competing from the Munk School this year are:
