On October 14, Peter Wallace, Toronto’s new city manager, made his first public address since taking office in July.
In his address, hosted by the Institute on Municipal Finance & Governance (IMFG), Wallace shared his perspectives on the City’s finances, as well as opportunities and challenges to achieving key social, economic, city-building, environmental and governance objectives.
