This March, female PCJ students participated in the annual Women in House program at Parliament Hill. The program allowed students to shadow politicians for a day in hopes of promoting greater female representation in the government.

PCJ student receives Award for Scholarly Achievement in the Area of Gender-Based Violence

Sydney Narciso Wilson’s research focuses on understanding how colonial state violence has affected the individual experiences of women, especially Indigenous women, by creating an environment where violence against women is normalized and justified.
