Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

Consistent with the policies of the University of Toronto, the Technology Transfer Society annual meeting in Toronto will positively seek to promote equality, diversity and inclusion. Everyone interested in and participating in the Conference should expect to be treated fairly, regardless of gender, disability, ethnic origin, religion or belief, sexual orientation, marital status, age, or nationality. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. As conference organizers, we will promote diversity and inclusion including in keynote and featured speakers and in the composition of the international scientific committee. We encourage paper proposers to positively consider diversity and inclusion in abstracts and presenters proposed to the conference.

Statement of Acknowledgement of Traditional Land

We wish to acknowledge this land on which the University of Toronto operates. For thousands of years, it has been the traditional land of the Huron-Wendat, the Seneca, and most recently, the Mississaugas of the Credit River. Today, this meeting place is still the home to many Indigenous people from across Turtle Island and we are grateful to have the opportunity to work on this land.
