Career Development

In a global workplace where “business as usual” no longer exists, what makes your profile stand out?

One of the things that I’ve come to really appreciate at the Munk School is the degree to which there’s a willingness by the professors to play an active mentoring and supporting role with students.

MGA Student, Class of 2014

Organizations are recruiting for positions that did not exist 5 or 10 years ago, and a list of new job titles will emerge over the next decade. Career planning around an unpredictable job market is not impossible — it demands an understanding of how to get the essential skills and experiences you need for the career goals you want to accomplish.Through our MGA Career Development workshops, students learn to hone their talent and acquire the tools they need to succeed. From identifying their career plan, to networking and project development, our integrative approach ensures graduates are armed with the experience and strategic agility necessary to build a career and thrive.

Crucially, you gain, refine, and know how to market your skills and experiences to a future employer.
