Professor Ayelet Shachar discusses The Shifting Border at RODA Colloquium

Professor Ayelet Shachar was the lead presenter at the “RODA: Renewing Our Democratic Alliance” colloquium focusing on the topics of inclusive pluralism, migration and borders which was chaired by Senator Ratna Omidvar. The event was held as part of the 2021 Canada-Germany RODA collaboration project initiated by the Canadian International Council and the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung. The webinar was attended by Canada’s Ambassador to Germany, Stéphane Dion, and Germany’s Ambassador to Canada, Sabine Sparwasser. The RODA project brings together preeminent policy experts, scholars and advocates to examine the health and effectiveness of the multilateral system for international cooperation on over-arching global issues.
