Robert Austin delivers keynote address at Albanian conference

Robert Austin, associate director of the Munk School’s Centre for European, Russian, and Eurasian Studies (CERES), delivered the keynote address this week at a conference on enforced/involuntary disappearances hosted by the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Presence in Albania and the Centre for Justice and Transformation at the University of Tirana. Austin’s keynote address, titled “Never Too Late: An examination of Albania’s on and off again experience with Transitional Justice,” focused on the legacy of the communist regime and subsequent transitional justice-related measures and methods or lack thereof.
