Leanne is a first-year student in the Master of Global Affairs program at the Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy. She currently holds a Bachelors of Arts with a specialization in Political Science and Criminology and Socio-legal Studies. She previously worked as an editor for the University of Toronto Undergraduate Criminology Review and has also worked closely with North American Model United Nations. Her main research interests include forced migration, population displacement, and how refugee movements pose challenges to neighbouring states.
