Adiba Hasan is an international graduate student at the Munk School of Global Affairs and earned her BA in Political Science and Religion from Augustana College. She was the co-founder of Búhos (ESL program for the local community) on campus and organized fundraisers and raising awareness about the immigrant population that lacked educational resources around campus. Additionally, she interned with the American Bar Association in Washington, D.C. where she assisted immigrant detainees. Adiba was a summer fellow at the Haas Institute for a Fair and Inclusive Society at the University of California, Berkeley and worked with the Blueprint for Belonging initiative as part of the Network for Transformative Change.
