Frédéric is a second-year Master of Global Affairs Student at the Munk School, specializing in Global Markets. Frédéric graduated from the Université de Montréal with a bachelor’s degree in International Studies and a master’s degree in International Law. Before joining the MGA program, Frédéric gained government experience at Global Affairs Canada and the Québec Government Office in Munich. A former elite cyclist in Europe and North America, he enjoys spending time in the outdoors and improving his German language skills. At GEPL, he researches focuses on public debt in Latin American countries.
