Johannes Stripple

Johannes is investigating climate change policy and emerging practices of a carbon constrained world. Johannes has edited (with Harriet Bulkeley) Governing the Climate: New Approaches to Rationality, Power and Politics (CUP 2014). His recent research has covered European and international climate policy, carbon markets, renewable energy, climate adaptation, carbon sinks, and climate policy scenarios and governmentalities around climate change, carbon and the earth system. His work has appeared in journals such as Review of International Studies, Global Governance, European Political Science, Policy Sciences, Critical Policy Studies, Futures, Global Environmental Change, International Environmental Agreements, Environment and Planning D: Society and Space, Climatic Change and Climate Policy. Johannes is currently coordinating the project Governing Climate Change, funded by the Swedish Research Council FORMAS.
