In the past, her work has focused on the roles played by transnational oil corporations and transnational environmental advocacy NGOs in the UN climate negotiations. Before coming to UC Santa Barbara, Dr. Pulver was the Joukowsky Family research professor at Brown University’s Watson Institute for International Studies and with a joint appointment in the Brown University Center for Environmental Studies.
