Christian Elliott

Christian Elliott is a doctoral candidate in Political Science and Environmental Studies at the University of Toronto and a Social Science and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) Canada Graduate Scholar. His research chiefly examines the interplay between, and political economy of, private and public authorities in addressing climate change. His doctoral work focuses in on the case of sustainable finance and the role of financial institutions in global environmental governance. Christian holds an Msc from University College London in Sustainable Development, and a B.A. & Sc. from McGill University in Environmental Studies.
