Students in Prof. Robert Austin’s third-year political science class, “Enlarging Europe: The European Union and Its Applicants” conducted a week of field research in Georgia during reading week 2019. The trip was part of the U of T’s Faculty of Arts and Science International Course Module Program. This year, the students assembled the papers resulting from their research into a single compendium, Georgia in Transition: State-building and Democratization in the Caucasus, available here in PDF.
