CERES Delegation in Azerbaijan

In partnership with the Canadian Institute of Azerbaijani Studies and Professor Ilham Akhundov of University of Waterloo, CERES launched a new Graduate Course focused on Contemporary Issues in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
