Experts from around the globe gathered with food aficionados and interested students, faculty and members of the public on June 10 for Exploring Korea through Its Foods and Foodways. This was the Asian Institute’s third annual Asian Foodprints conference, which culminated with a seven-course Korean dinner at the University Club of Toronto.
